Terms & Conditions

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Your event is confirmed once full payment is made into the Company’s business account (as provided on your invoice).
  • A booking is valid only after the required deposit has been received.
  • Remaining balances must be paid on or before the due date stated on your invoice.

     

2. Reservation Policy

  • 30 days or less before the event: 100% payment required upon reservation (non-refundable).
  • More than 30 days before the event: At least 50% deposit required. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the event.

     

3. Delivery & Retrieval

  • Items will be delivered as agreed with the client.
  • All items must be retrieved by the Company after the event.
  • Any unauthorized use of items beyond the agreed event date will attract extra charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your event, the following fees will apply:

  • 1–14 days before event: 100% of contract fee (no refund).
  • 15–28 days before event: 50% of contract fee (50% refund).
  • 29–59 days before event: 20% of contract fee (80% refund).
  • 60–89 days before event: 10% of contract fee (90% refund).
  • 90+ days before event: 5% of contract fee (95% refund).

👉 Note: A second postponement is considered a cancellation.

5. Postponement Policy

  • 1–14 days before event: 100% of contract fee charged.
  • 15–28 days before event: 50% of contract fee charged.
  • 29+ days before event: 100% of payment credited to the new event date (subject to availability).

     

6. Refundable Deposit (Caution Fee)

  • A refundable deposit is required to secure Company items.
  • The deposit is refunded in full if no damage, loss, theft, or mismanagement occurs.
  • In the event of damage or loss, the client is responsible for the full replacement cost, even if no deposit was taken.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure proper and safe use of all rented items.
  • Clients are responsible for the security of Company property during the rental period.

     

8. Force Majeure

  • The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, accidents, government restrictions).
  • Tents Disclaimer: Our tents are temporary structures. They provide basic cover from sun and light rain but may not withstand extreme weather (e.g., strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning). Quick evacuation is strongly advised in such situations.

     

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
